1. Processing Times

All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

In the event of high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or SMS if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days.

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Damages and Issues

Sora is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
