Refund policy

1. Returns and Replacements

  • Perishable Nature: Due to the nature of matcha tea, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products to maintain hygiene and safety standards.

  • Eligibility for Replacement: We only replace items if they are received in a damaged condition, have a manufacturing defect, or if the wrong item was shipped to you.

  • Reporting Period: Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Refund Process

  • Approval: Once your request is received and inspected (via provided photos/videos), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Non-Refundable: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

3. How to Initiate a Request

To report a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us with the following:

  • Order Number

  • Clear photos of the outer packaging and the product label

  • A brief description of the issue

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once the order is handed over to our shipping partner, we are unable to cancel the shipment.
